DIY USING ESSENTIAL OILS



GOOD NIGHT SPRAY



Essential oils for a good sleep 


Things you will need for making this spray

1 Roll-on of 10 ml












9 ml sweet almond essential oil











20 drops of litsea essential oils 












10 drops of sweet orange essential oil 













Procedure 
Mix all the essential oils with the sweet almond oil which is the base
Then transfer it in the roller bottle 
Mix well before use

WELL-BEING RITUAL



At night before going to sleep, apply the roll-on on the temples, forehead and the left wrist. Massage gently with the palm of the hand,
 rub both hands and then inhale the fragrance. 
Close the eyes, take long and calm inhalation. Then exhale slowly. Do it three times, you are already sleeping. 

Good night and have a good sleep.
